Every pick
Explained, not hyped

Our top pick in every category

The single club, ball, bag or shoe we’d point a beginner to first — with a live price, so you can act without digging through a review.

Where would you like to start?

Honest is the whole idea

Every golf site says it tested twenty sets. We have not tested any, and we say so. Here is what we do instead — and why it is a better deal for a beginner.

Live prices, always dated

Every price comes from a live retailer feed and is stamped with the date it was checked. When we can’t verify one, we say “check price” — never a stale number.

A method you can check

We compile the published specs, cross-check the independent tests reputable outlets run, and show our reasoning. No invented ratings, no lab we don’t have. See how we pick.

Written for the beginner

No jargon without a plain-English translation, one clear safe-default pick in every category, and honest “skip this” notes when a product isn’t worth it.
